Do I need to make a reservation?

We highly encourage you to make a reservation online to complete your patient registration prior to your visit.

Wait times are based on patient volume, so reserving your spot in line will allow you to fill out all necessary paperwork prior to your visit and keep you updated with wait times. In order to serve you for your visit, all online registration information must be completed before your visit! This will guarantee you will be seen.

*If you are unable to complete online registration, paper registration documents can be provided for you at the clinic! If there is a complication with completing the online registration, do not worry. We can assist you at the clinic as well!

What if I test positive?

Stay home and isolate at least 10 days since your symptoms began, at least 24 hours since you last had a fever without the use of fever-reducing medications, and symptoms have improved overall.

Patient Visit Protocol:

Testing Visit:
Upon arrival at the clinic, please check-in at the front desk or reply to the text we sent you that you are here! Patients will then be asked to wait in their vehicle until our staff directs them with additional instructions. Patients will then go into a sanitized room once available. If you have any concerns or questions, please call in advance so that appropriate precautions may be taken.

What to expect after your visit:
Please self-quarantine, wear a face mask and follow guidelines given by our medical team. You will be contacted by a member of our team with the results. You can also find PCR results on the online portals listed below. We are currently experiencing a 48 – 72 hour turnaround with results.

How do I get my results?

COVID-19 PCR test results are sent directly to an online portal through GENETWORx or Quest Diagnostics as soon as they become available!  Please refer to the results card we provide at your visit with further details about how to set up your accounts for results based on the lab.

Rapid Testing results are provided in the clinic 15 minutes after the test is performed.

If you would like for results to be delivered through an alternative format, please call the clinic once they become available!
