McCaffity Brings Decades of Urgent Care Experience to Enhance Operations and Patient Care
Rock Oak Capital Group, the parent company of Carolina QuickCare (NC), Lowcountry Urgent Care (SC), and Zip Clinic (MO), is pleased to announce that industry veteran Michelle McCaffity has joined their urgent care leadership team.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare management, customer service, occupational health, and team development, McCaffity brings a wealth of expertise to her new role as Operations Specialist at the urgent care group’s rapidly expanding North Carolina brand, Carolina QuickCare.
Having previously worked at NextCare Holdings, a parent company operating over 170 urgent care locations across 12 states and 3 brands, McCaffity began her career as a Patient Service Specialist. During her 21-year tenure with the organization, she held the roles of Clinical Care Specialist, Clinic Manager II, Occupational Health Representative, and Area Operations Manager for all North Carolina and Virginia urgent care locations.
